1. Booking Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service: full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service: 50% charge
  • Cancellations at pickup time or no-shows: non-refundable

2. Delays or Changes

We allow reasonable changes to bookings depending on driver availability.

3. Service Issues

If a service is not delivered as agreed, customers may contact us within 24 hours for review.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed trips
  • No-show by customer
  • Incorrect booking details provided by customer
