Your base fare is fixed per vehicle for the route you book, agreed before pickup — traffic and flight delays never change it. Tax, waiting time and gratuity are additional; optional extras are meet & greet (+$25) and car seats (+$5), all told to you up front.

By default your chauffeur meets you curbside once you're outside with your bags. Prefer to be met inside arrivals with a name sign? Add meet & greet for $25 and we'll be waiting in the hall — never a shuttle or a rideshare lane.

We track your flight number and adjust pickup automatically, so an early or late arrival is no problem. Waiting time is billed as it applies, and we always message you first if anything changes.

At least 24 hours ahead guarantees your preferred vehicle. For weddings, events or large groups, 5–7 days is best. Last-minute requests are welcome, subject to availability.

Yes — MDK Limo is a California-licensed charter-party carrier, CPUC TCP 32130-P, with commercial insurance and background-checked chauffeurs.

Neither — and that's the point. MDK Limo is a bespoke chauffeured private-hire service on a prearranged, fixed-price basis. You get a professional chauffeur and a written price instead of a meter.
